Keynote Speaker: Rev. Steve Pinto
Steve is a scholastic member of the Sigma Chi Pi Honor Society of the Assemblies of God Commission on Christian Higher Education and a graduate of LABI. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministerial and Pastoral Studies from Vanguard University and a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies Degree from Liberty Theological Seminary.
Steve’s knowledge of God’s Word and love for people, mixed with his high energy and sense of humor has been a powerful tool in God’s hands to reach out to today’s youth. Among other endeavors, Steve has previously served as a Keynote Speaker and Translator (Azusa Pacific University Mexico Outreach 2001-Present), Co-host (“The Steve Henry Show” podcast and “The Counter Culture Show” podcast) and Orator at various youth events, youth camps, men’s camps, concerts, and conventions throughout the state and beyond.
The Assistant Dean of Acedemic Resources, Rebekah Rossi, M.Div. has served on the President’s Cabinet, providing guidance, direction and support to the President’s office on a number of key initiatives for the College. In 2008 Rebekah graduated from Bethany University with a degree in Intercultural Communications and a Minor in Biblical Languages, and also earned a license with the Assemblies of God. Shortly after this, she pursued her Master of Divinity in Islamic Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary in Southern California. God Has called her to invest in the students of LABI College.
Fall Preview is a two-day event, Friday night - Saturday, where students have the chance to explore different parts of the LABI Community. You'll spend time checking out classes, meeting and chatting with students and faculty, worshiping at the chapel, touring the campus and much more! The event also includes Admissions and Institutional Aid sessions loaded with information including an open time for Q&A with current professors. Our desire is to help you get your questions answered, so that you can more adequately navigate through your college decision.
The fee for Fall Preview is $25.00 per individual. This fee covers all portions of the event, including one (1) overnight stay on Friday night along with dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.
